My Dog's Letter To Santa: Ernie

My Dogs Letter To Santa: Ernie

Dear Santa,

My name is Ernie (Ernestine), and I have been very hairy this year. Do you need some for presents? I have a lot. I don’t know where it comes from, but I like to keep the extra on the floor. I think the cats steal it, because sometimes it’s gone. I like to lick the cats – they don’t get the back of their head as well as I do.

I would like a lot of things for Christmas. Greenies every night. eace on Earth. People who do not believe in Santa to believe. And no dying, ever. Tennis balls that squeak really loud. Food for others. Shelter for others. Clothes for others. Cookies for Santa and carrots for his reindeer and milk. My horse, Booker, would like some carrots too, and maybe a new blanket. The cats need food, because they’re always eating mine.

This is a picture of me at the new dog park. I like Lab Lane. They really need to put in a pond, but need to raise $100,000. Can you bring me a pond, and I’ll put it in the park?

I’d also like to ride in your sleigh because I wouldn’t have to put my head out the window. If your reindeer need licking, I can help with that.

Love, Ernie
